With the runaway success of The Fosters (and the acceptable performance of Twisted), ABC Family has decided not to move forward with Bunheads. Fans had been holding onto hope over the past five months, since the final episode, but the writing has been on the wall.  I do expect a renewal for The Fosters to come sooner rather than later.
