At first, I was excited. Another Walt Disney biography film.

Starring Jon Heder? And Thomas Ian Nicholas? And JODIE FREAKING SWEETEN?

Jodie Sweeten has actually NEVER starred in a major theatrical release.

Khoa Le is directing. He has never directed a feature length film, let alone a theatrical release.

The movie is based on a book, but I can’t understand why Disney wouldn’t acquire the rights to this book… even if they never made a film. Isn’t it a terrible idea to let some outside filmmakers make a shitty film about Walt Disney starring Napoleon Dynamite and a girl from Full House?

I find it impossible to be excited for this film.
