The Too Much TV Roundup- 12/30/23

It’s New Years Eve! What are your plans to send 2023 packing? You know, I still remember where I was when 1999 became 2000? I I didn’t even need to be in Times Square, and I can’t remember most other Eve’s, as I now enjoy going to bed before midnight, but that one will always be in my memory because of when it was, and I didn’t do anything except watch the ball drop on TV as a teen.

Second time, he is put up for elimination. He has to convince someone else to take the phone. Since the first time he got food, it would be really simple for him to just turn around and say “it needs someone else. I can’t win twice, apparently.” Done. someone will take that phone. He just has to keep his cool.

Status: Not Yet Renewed

It’s very disconcerting to see things in this episode and wonder if this is our future. The company clearly is feeling like there’s a plot out to destroy them, which is ironic considering how all this began with them murdering Nathan. They are flipping out because the guy they killed is not happy about it.

Episode Grade: A-

5) Family Matters (MAX)

English Audio Description?: Yes

Status: Ended

And a friendly reminder that MAX has Family Matters with audio description, so it is possible to describe classic shows. Urkel and Laura are trapped in a bank during a robbery, and as bad as urkel wants to protect Laura, ultimately it’s Carl, whose job it is to do so that saves the day.
