Ferrari

Michael Mann deserves more love than he’s gotten in his career. I think people forget he directed Heat, and somehow assume based on the casting it was Martin Scorsese, but it isn’t. He also did excellent work with The insider, and I even enjoyed his little seen Black Hat. Ferrari isn’t Heat, it isn’t perfect, but it also walked away with zero Oscar nominations. That was definitely a way to end that episode. I thought Will Payton was going into the hole, but turns out… well I’ll find out next week. This is what TV watching should be. … Continue reading The Too Much TV Roundup- June 20th

Yesterday was a big day for TV shows. I only had one final Star Wars film to knock off the list, so i could finally dive into the long waited Obi Wan kenobi and Stranger Things debuts. But where did they end up on the list? 1) Stranger Things (Netflix) English Audio Description Available?: Yes In the Season 4 premiere, the long awaited return was very much worth the wait. Even though it hasn’t been that long since the last time these kids were together, they’re now navigating high school and popularity contests, which you would think is easier than … Continue reading The Too Much TV Roundup- May 27th
