It Ends With Us- Blake Lively Makes The Most Out Of This Quick Take: this film has been in the news a bit after Blake Lively came forward about her co-star/director’s bad behavior. Even when I saw this, which does have audio description, I thought he was the weak link on pretty much every front. He’s not a great director, nor a scene partner for Lively. When I think about what the funniest comedy of the year is, if I set apart Deadpool and wolverine for not technically being just a comedy, then Babes has the shot at being the best comedy of the year. There’s really no doubt in the how r why. Director Pamela Adlon had so much to say in her FX series Better Things that the idea that she would step behind the camera and have even more to say, seems like a no-brainer. Where I Watched It: Disney plus English Audio Description?: Yes I did approach the concept of yet another Hanuted Mansion film with trepidation. A lot of that was alleviated by the fact that Justin Simian would be behind the director’s chair. Not only was I a fan of the film Dear White People, but I also enjoyed the Netflix show inspired by it.
