Surrounded

I want so much more for Leticia Wright in her film career. It’s not that she chooses bad project, she just winds up in things like The Silent Twins or Surrounded that seem to fly under the radar. She’s Shuri. She’s the new Black Panther. Let this woman kick some ass in major films. Surrounded shows that the potential is there. Where I Watched It: Disney Plus English Audio Description provided By: Deluxe Narrated By: John Bentley While I enjoyed the first Black Panther film, primarily because it had one of the best villains to grace a Marvel film, it’s not in my Top 5 or 10. The ending is more effective than anything else, as it lets you know how things happened once the movie is over. The girls are played at two different ages, young and old, and the four women who … Continue reading The Silent Twins
