Coming up this week on TV: The World Cup final is today! King Of The Hill (Hulu) returns for its 15th season on Monday, Ransom Canyon (Netflix) quickdraws Season 2 on Thursday, and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (ABC) plays for charity starting Wednesday. On the new series front, the biggest new swing is Stuart Fails To Save The Universe (HBO MAX), which is now the third spinoff from The Big Bang Theory, following Young Sheldon and Georgie and Mandy, and there’s another set of Housewives, this time in London (Bravo/Peacock) which probably will have audio description. Some new films drop including The Dink (Apple) starring Jake Johnson on Friday, as well as 72 hours (Netflix) starring Kevin Hart.

Not Suitable For Work- yeah, sorry, I have been trying to clear out the queue a bit so I can binge series for people and get reviews out quicker. I’m still slowly doing shows that are from 2025. So, I took in all nine episodes, and plan on doing a separate review. For now, I’ll say I’m disappointed by the show, because Mindy Kaling is far more capable. This show caught a lot of flak for its mockery of allergies, and I’ll have thoughts. I’m not really sure who stood out, and I lacked a lot of chemistry between romantic counterparts. Thinking of a similar show Hulu launched last year, Adults, I thought that dynamic between that friend group gelled a lot better. The audio description is fine. Like most sitcoms, it struggles because of the format, to match the same level of audio description we get in shows that don’t rely heavily on dialogue. I’m not sure I’m fresh on this, but rotten seems so harsh. The struggle of what to do with mid shows. It isn’t offensively terrible, but I also wouldn’t care if it returned for a second season, though I might watch it? to be fair though, I could say the same thing about Alls Fair.
Little House On The Prairie- Oh give them a home, where the buffalo roam. The Ingalls family must face their greatest opponent yet. The Osage. I laugh more than I should in this show. I never saw the original, but I bet it bleeds with the same level of earnestness as this does. The AD here is great. I didn’t catch any glaring errors for the first time, and I actually appreciated how the AD not only described the opening of a door, but how it actually opened back in the frontier days,
