Carved (Hulu)- A Spooky Season Review I would not be surprised at all if the VFX didn’t live up to the expectations of sighted audiences. Woman Of The Hour- A Spooky Season Review? As someone who can see the FYC campaigns coming my way, it dos make me wonder where Netflix is with Anna Kendrick’s directorial debut. This is something that should be in the mix, and very much has opportunities to be honored at least by various critics groups. The Last Breath- A Spooky Season Review Shark movie. It’s a shark movie. TV News: CBS, which almost entirely exists on spinoffs at this point, is exploring a spinoff for The Equalizer. If ordered, it would join the already existing NCIS and FBI spinoffs, as well as the new George and Mandy, Elzabeth, and upcoming Fire Country spinoff. Counterpoint offer to CBS/Paramount Global on this. Perhaps, develop spinoffs that run on Paramount Plus, helping to push subscribers to your streamer, while leaving spots on your lineup to develop fresh ideas like this seasons big hit Matlock, and the American version of Ghosts. TV News: I noticed that Netflix is trying to say they “cancelled” that animated Scott Pilgrim show from a year ago, but the truth is when that show premiered, and the creators were doing press, they were asked about wanting to do more Scott Pilgrim seasons, and their answer was a hard No back then. So, Netflix didn’t really drop a surprising axe here.
