(Netflix) with audio description Building The Band- Seems like the right final three. Liam is my favorite judge, as he actually feels like he wants to give real feedback, and not just “reality show judge” babble that Nicole is so used to giving, after spending years telling every mediocre celebrity they are … Continue reading The Small Screen Diaries: 07/27/25

Mea Culpa

I’ve seen more Tyler Perry projects in my life than I think I ever truly intended to. Granted, when I started all the way back with Diary Of a Mad Black Woman, I heard that he was big in black culture, but I was far more impressed by the performance Kimberly Elise turned in than his focus stealing Madea character that became such a focus of nearly every film after that. Fantasy Football

Where I Watched it: Paramount Plus English Audio Description?: Yes I’m sure that the creators of Fantasy Football would prefer I dive right into just how fantastic their film is. No. They don’t get that. Today, we’re going to talk about the non-existent magical properties of lightning. Now, don’t get me wrong. lots of characters in films have been struck by lightning as a means for them to achieve whatever they need to achieve. Generally, it’s handled with some sort of reverence for the force of the lightning itself. You know, that pesky thing that tends to kill us regular … Continue reading Fantasy Football

The Curse Of Bridge hollow

Where I Watched it: Netflix English Audio Description?: Yes to be honest, I’m not sure why Netflix hasn’t made more films like this, expanding its own library of Halloween themed content, and potential franchises. And it wasn’t awful. I also have to admit, I don’t know how this ends. I did fall asleep, having made this the second movie in a marathon behind a first … Continue reading The Curse Of Bridge hollow
