I’ve been running down the comedy nominees in the past week, and the comedy series nominations are a lot easier to predict (most of the time). The category is narrower, since you can only have one potential nominee from each series. That being said, I’d bet on the nominees being: The Big Bang Theory, Louie, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Transparent, and Modern Family. The last nomination is up for grabs between Veep, Silicon Valley, and Parks and Recreation. As strong outsiders, I would say The Comedians, Jane The Virgin, and The Comeback.

Personally? I’d nominate Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Brooklyn Nine Nine, The Last Man On Earth, Transparent, Selfie, and Parks and Recreation (to honor the final season). Obviously Selfie isn’t getting nominated, and both Brooklyn and The Last Man On Earth are longshots.
