Programmer’s Notes: This coming week is going to be a bit light. the job that pays is in education, and my brain is typically elsewhere the first and last weeks of every semester, so I’m lucky to get 2 or 3 shows in.

The Hunting Wives- I think it was a little early in the season for a certain character to be arrested, but then again, this show is nuts and doesn’t play by any rules. Like, they arrest her because her gun was found in a robbery in another county, and ballistics linked it to the murder? What? You’re telling me, someone stole her gun, used it in the murder, handed it to a criminal, and they went and did a robbery immediately? Did we know this was going to happen? Why would the cops assume the woman whose gun it was pulled the trigger and not the robber? She’s new in town, what motive could she possibly have? I have so many questions, and with the Hunting Wives, I feel like the answer isn just sex. Lovely description though. The scene between the ladies was well described.

From- Well, the game is changing again. The world they live in seems to be easily offended by the idea that the Sheriff can’t be broken. So they kick it up a notch, and put everyone in a desperate situation, and lure him into a trap… where he watches a series regular get killed. Meanwhile,in reality, the one who made it out is finding an address on the lunchbox. And Jim finds threee cabins and some creepy totem poles. Butterfly- So the *twist* of the story continues to play itself out as one of the two agents is still being hunted. It is hard not talking about the reveal at the end of episode 1, and talking about the series moving forward. The description is fine. Amazon seems to be making a lot of shows like this.

Dexter- Dexter finds himself in a pickle, leaving Lumen as the only person to help out the one that got away. Heading into the season finale, it would seem everyone is screwed at least a little.

Twisted Metal- I did a full breakdown of this episode yesterday. I’m not happy. And honestly, from Twisted Metal, to revival, and especially The Traitors, it seems like we’re not really caring what kind of audio description is on Peacock. I’m still not sure if they ever uploaded the rest of Fight Night. I gave up on that.

Ballard- Either this series loves throwing people for a loop, or her Captain is in on it. The description captured his indifference and annoyance so perfectly, just after their informant mentioned there were to burner phones (cops) that he couldn’t identify.
