Great news for fans of Scrubs and Shifting Gears. ABC picked up both sitcoms for next season, taking Scrubs to Season 11, and Shifting Gears to Season 3.RJ Decker is now the only remaining ABC scripted show on the bubble.

TV Shows Watched: The Boys: S5E5 (Amazon) with audio description, Jurassic World: Chaos Theory: S4E1 (Netflix) with audio description, Gold Land: S1E1 (Hulu) with audio description, American Classic: S1E3 (MGM Plus) with audio description, Witch Hat Atelier: S1E1 (CrunchyRoll) with audio description, and The Last Thing He Told Me: S2E6 (Apple) with audio description

The Boys- The episode focused on Firecracker, Black Noir, Sister Sage, Soldier Boy, and Terror. Yes. Firecracker had the best storyline, which says a lot about an episode I’d describe as make-A-Wish for celebrities who wanted a cameo. The AD was fine, especially when bodies started exploring, or when tha major character died, but easily my least favorite episode of the season.

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory- I never started the final season, which dropped in November, and i intend to finish this. Excellent audio description as usual, especially as Kenji is trying to negotiate while two predators battle behind him. DVW is behind this.

Gold Land- Someone once asked me why I don’t watch more International shows on Hulu. well, here’s one. Gold Land, a gripping new South Korean thriller about a security officer who finds herself in over her head pretty quickly when someone is trying to smuggle gold. The dub cast wasn’t bad, and the audio description here is surprisingly performed by a human. Yes, I checked the credits, i just don’t remember them.

American Classic- Kevin Kline continues to shine as an egotistical, yet usually right star looking to rehab his image.

Witch Hat Atelier- Yes, there is audio description on CrunchyRoll, the stand alone app, not as a channel add on. As I was given a subscription to check out their content, I plan to do just that, focusing on some of the Ad content. This import is brand new, and still has the final two episodes to release. It centers around a young girl in a world of magic, who wants to be a witch but was born normal. However, a chance encounter with a witch may change

The Last Thing He told Me- Still trying to achieve freedom. Season 2 is a mixed bag. No word on a Season 3.
