Josh Stamberg has been cut from Drop Dead Diva as part of the shows rebudgeting plans. Don’t worry, they didn’t kill the baby that he and his on-screen girlfriend were having, and Kim will be returning this season. Drop Dead Diva’s fifth season return June 23rd.
