Oh, definitely Jon Hamm for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. And how could the Emmy voters pass on Mel Brooks for The Comedians? There’s always some SNL hosts in the mix, and Louie CK and Bill Hader could be in the mix. Nathan Lane is always welcome on Modern Family. Michael Rappaport earned some buzz for Louie.

My picks, again, definitely Hamm. Definitely Brooks. How about Scott Bakula for Looking? Tim Blake Nelson for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt? And my last vote would go to Bill Hader for either his appearance on Inside Amy Schumer, or SNL.

Guest Actress, I’d say Christine Baranski is always a fave, so her nomination for The Big Bang Theory is an assumed conclusion. Same with Tina Fey for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Kathy Bates for Mike and Molly. It’s likely the Emmy voters will love Rita Moreno and give Jane The Virgin an Emmy nomination (even though it is a CW show), but there’s also Tyne Daly and Elizabeth Banks for Modern Family, and you can’t count out that show.

Personally, I’d pick Kyra Sedgwick for her against-type (yet, so type casted) role in Brooklyn Nine Nine, and some SNL funny ladies, like Sarah Silverman and Scarlett Johansson. Also, Joan Cusack for Shameless, and either Moreno for Jane, or Rhea Perlman for The Mindy Project.
