Once again I’m running down the sixty shows on my broad watchlist. Joining the list this week, which was fairly slow for new shows, are The Sandman (Netflix), All Of Us Are Dead (Netflix), The Office (Peacock), Such Brave Girls (Hulu), Nautilus (AMC Plus), Dexter (Paramount Plus), and Prison Break (Netflix). Cruel Intentions: 25th Anniversary

One of the rare instances where an adaptation or remake of source material gains a life of its own. Much like how 10 Things I Hate About You went on to have a life beyond being just an adaptation of The Taming of the Shrew, Cruel Intentions built its own legacy. This adaptation has a straight-to-video sequel that started as a FOX pilot, a stage musical, and now even a recent Amazon series. Slowly moving into 2024, I’m getting closer and closer to finishing some series. One of those I’m close on is Fellow Travelers (Paramount Plus with Showtime), the excellent drama starring Matt Bomer and Jonathan Bailey as two men inexplicably forever linked through the passage of time. Well, in TV news, John Oliver inked a 3 year renewal for Last Week Tonight with HBO. The Traitors: UK is nearing a premiere date. Someone marvelous won Dancing With The Stars.
