SAG-AFTRA is now in the negotiation phase. My great hope for them is that they shut the AI shit down entirely. With there being a dental commercial where AI ripped off Tom Hank’s voice, and another thing using Robin Williams, enough is enough.

Dan Harmon’s odd show isn’t winning me over. The voice cast is talented, but so recognizable it just makes me think of the better shows these people came from. There’s no way I don’t hear Matt Barry and think Lazlo.

That random episode where Phoebe felt like the lead, as she deals with her half-brother (Giovanni Ribisi) and his relationship with an older woman, and her own thoughts on the idea, and how he processes this information.

Sure, the violence in this show is schlocky and over the top, but Chucky unapologetically knows what kind of show it is, and does a really good job of doing that one thing. Season 1 is now behind me, and now I have to catch up on season 2, before I can watch 3.
Episode Grade: A-, Season 1 Grade: A-
2) Billions (Paramount Plus)
English Audio Description?: Yes

Still catching up in Season 6, and I gotta say I don’t like Chuck anymore. I’m six or seven episodes deep into his battle against Mike prince, and I see prince is trying to do everything as above board as humanly possible, and Chuck has targeted him like he’s Bobby, but he’s not. What does Chuck have against the Olympics? Other American cities that have hosted them have survived. Perhaps the show needs to do a better job of explaining why Chuck is on this crusade. Because right now, it’s just unnecessarily vindictive.

1) Last Week Tonight (MAX)

Status: It’s Back!
Brand new episode of john Oliver, who for his main story took on the shitty prison healthcare, like the woman who had a C-section birth and wasn’t stitched up properly, so they filled her wounds with sugar packets from fast food chains. but the real reason this is on top is that little clip he got at the top of the episode, with the congressman, reading…. Make sure you catch it.
