Some of the best moments of description are what happens to Fiddler’s Green, and the description of that, but also Loki continuing his mischief. It’s kind of amazing how sloe the TV news is during the strike. It’s funny how that last episode of Silo that I reviewed yesterday felt so much like a Season Finale, and so many streaming shows cap at 8, I just thought that was the finale. Apparently not. Hah. Yesterday was insane. Emmy nominations. Next year, i will start predicting bonkers choices just to match these Emmy voters. And, it was the last day of Prime day! What useless crap did you buy? As yesterday was July 4th, you can probably guess that there wasn’t any big TV news. Biggest thing was that Daniel Radcliffe said he has no plans to appear in the Harry Potter TV series. I wouldn’t be too worried about that response. He is on miracle Workers, so he is comfortable doing TV. Yesterday, i did attend another panel at the American Council Of The Blind’s virtual conference, this one on TTS audio description. I still squeezed in a lot of shows, because it was shorter, and most of these are half hour shows. Also, in TV News! Melissa McBride has reportedly rejoined the Daryl/Carol spinoff, instead of taking a break. or maybe she just didn’t need a long break. NBC just ordered a new Wild Kingdom show for the fall. Well, HBo cancelled Perry Mason after two seasons.What a shame. Paramount Plus and i are about to butt heads. I found out that they finally uploaded audio description for Everything Everywhere All At Once, which is a Showtime title. They still have not uploaded audio description for actual Showtime series that have known audio description. Winter is coming, you Paramount bitches.
