Well, the cancellation monster arrived at NBC yesterday and got rid of young Roc and Grand Crew. I believe that leaves only American Auto on the bubble. Meanwhile, ABC passed on all remaining pilots except The Good lawyer, which remains on the bubble with The Rookie Feds and Home Economics. They can extend the contracts past June, but they need to make decisions pretty quickly. 12) Clarissa Explains it All (Paramount Plus) English Audio Description?: no Status: Ended This trip down memory lane hasn’t quite worked out for me. Well, the word came down the pike that The Winchesters is now officially dead, and no one wanted to save it. Probably a little too soon for a Supernatural reboot. 13) Dinosaurs (Disney Plus) English Audio Description?: No Status: Ended This episode was dumb, as Earl focuses a lot on wanting to watch more TV, and win a big TV, and be on TV. The point of this episode was lost. Episode Grade: C- 12) Family Matters (HBo MAX) English Audio Description?: Yes Status: Ended Man, urkel sounds really young. I read an interesting news story that fans of Netflix shows have noticed that Netflix loves to cancel their product, and are now banding together to try and stop these cancellations. For example, there’s an entire subreddit devoted to Shadow and Bone where over 24K fans keep rewatching the show over and over to keep its numbers up. I wonder if just going to work, and leaving your Netflix running on Shadow and Bone couldn’t at least get you some hours in there. Also, Richard Dreyfuss did an interview where he wanted to know why he can’t play a black … Continue reading The Too Much TV Roundup- 05/06/23

You know what today is. It’s the day we are all supposed to post that Justin Timberlake/*NSYNC meme “It’s Gonna Be May”. Don’t worry. I’m here to remind you of useless knowledge to keep your socials on fleek. Also, no one says “on fleek” anymore. 11) history of The World Part 2 (hulu) English Audio Description?: Yes I really feel like someone who is not Mel Brooks wrote the script, had Mel brooks look at it, and possibly punch it up a bit, and then he gave it his blessing.
