Disney and Charter have kinda sorta figured their stuff out. The strike has been going on for a lot longer than the studios thought they would. That’s for sure. I haven’t seen another movie abandon ship from 2023 yet. While not TV news, I am always looking around the inter webz for Oscar thoughts, and I do love the people predicting the Oscars who acknowledge that it’s weird that everyone is predicting the same things. I know, which is why I’m actually trying not to. This time last year, we had Tom Cruise and Hugh Jackman as frontrunners. Well, Disney Plus decided to ditch another show. So, Bob Iger complains that the Marvel shows are detracting from the films, but he seems intent on getting rid of the rest of the content.
