Hilarious that Rainey can just speak another language like that, Tony Hale is obviously living his best life, and I think Ryan hurst’s character was stronger when he wasn’t talking. Not that Ryan isn’t a great actor, but it’s weird that he talks now.

5) Unsolved Mysteries (Netflix)

Now, this one really highlights why certain departments out there should be defunded. Like, in this case, it’s not even the polices response or lack thereof to the girl who got obliterated by the train, or how it’s pretty obvious that if she walked that far, the bottoms of her feet would have looked awful. No, why this department should be fired was for…. LEAVING BODY PARTS BEHIND. Like, when they’re talking about how they returned the next day to the crime scene (the family) and there are still fucking body parts lying around… and the crime scene has not been secured, and there’s no one there to stop anything from other humans to animals from stumbling onto part of her jaw just lying on the ground… that’s when I got in my “not every cop should actually be a cop”. Even if you believe her death was a suicide, people shouldn’t be able to come along later to an unsecured scene and stumble upon human remains. Do. Your. Job.

4) Inside Amy Schumer (Paramount Plus)

I love that this show has audio description, and I ahve to say.. when that Fart park sketch started, I rolled my eyes. Fart park? But Amy stuck with it for so long, and turned it into something completely different. And then, suddenly I found myself enjoying a sketch probably known as Fart park.

3) Dead to me (Netflix)

This show works, because there’s sort of this feel to it like.. maybe that could happen. or, maybe I would have made that choice. It’s two steps away from reality, but it isn’t way off base. But, when we had to cut to that little future serial killer whose “for fun” time is tying up Henry to test out Stockholm Syndrome or something, and then the mom SEES WHAT IS HAPPENING and then just lets them continue… made me think…. This is where school shooters come from. mom sees her kid doing something she knows isn’t normal, or even next to normal, and just lets it continue. Parent. your. Damn. Children. That girl needs therapy.

2) The White Lotus (HBo MAX)

The weird sequence where all the men were stalking Harper was a bit nuts. I don’t know why Tonya, who literally just heard her husband talking to someone else on the phone, is worried about their marriage working out. Dump that guy. you’re stupid rich, you can try again. But, I’m more involved in this season than I was the critically acclaimed first season. So there’s something.

1) From Scratch (Netflix)

This kind of is a beautiful show. Three episodes in, and I’m watching the wedding, and Amy interacting with all the complexities of her family dynamic, while Lino has no family at his own wedding, which took place in his home country. A destination wedding, and his asshole father still couldn’t be bothered. Watching that man’s daughter and wife have to deal with him, maybe I don’t understand their culture, but leave that dude. Leave him to sit and watch whatever the Italian equivalent of the price is Right is until he dies alone. But, seriously, this show is really good.
