From- This show is brilliant. I loved the stuff happening with Tabitha, and how she begins to believe she never left the nightmare (though I’m pretty sure she did). Meanwhile, Chrissy gets in trouble and needs rescue, and Victor really wants to build a fort. The lore keeps coming. My favorite scene was what I presumed would be a pretty simple tarot card reading, which did not turn out as planned. However, you could also say that was a sign as well. Nice audio description.

Black Mirror- “hang The DJ” or, a look at the future of dating. Two people meet, and they are given a predetermined amount of time to be together, and then they must split up. Then, they are matched again, all with the promise of eventually finding their one true love. We follow this first couple, and then all the people they date, until it comes back around to them dating a second time. But, things go awry. It’s not as consequential or dark as some of the other Black Mirror episodes, but probable, and also very sci-Fi. I don’t know why they always have sex at every date, even if they aren’t really feeling it. I also thought it was funny that the AD referred to the places they go as Love Shacks. Solid episode.

Foundation- I’m in that realm again where I’m not really sure what’s happening all the time, which happens a lot with me and Foundation. It’s the one show that I feel like is somehow over my head when I’m confused, and other shows I don’t think they are, they just aren’t as well written. Foundation plays with a lot of theological ideas, as Issac Asimov was clearly a genius. Again, more perfectly solid audio description.

Ginny And Georgia- If you heard a car crash, it was the season two finale of this show, which tries to throw a bombshell at you, but also has Paul learn a ton of stuff about Georgia, and just double down. Paul is all in, even with the knowledge of at least half of what she’s done that she had been keeping a secret from him. Meanwhile, Ginny is still sad. But the series tries to have this wedding, and Georgia is arrested mid-wedding. her new husband is the Mayor. I think they probably would have waited. Just a thought. The AD is fine. I laughed when Georgia was describing herself as unlikable, because I haven’t liked her character for 20 episodes now.

Upload- Is Nathan really gone? Or, maybe he isn’t? The secrets continue to unravel at a rapid pace as this shortened final season races to the finish line. Not my favorite season, but I’m glad it has been given closure.

Ballard- A solid twist at the end of season 1 perfectly sets up a second season I’m assuming Amazon is ordering. Ballard gets her man, but also finds out that another one got away with a deal. And, that was probably the worst one to give a deal to, so Ballard has a second season ahead of her she’ll have to fix. I might review the season… but I also didn’t catch the AD team ever. Amazon loves to push me into titles now.

Breaking Bad- Walt doesn’t want to give Jesse the money, because he’s afraid he’ll just blow it on drugs. however, Jane has other plans. And the universe has other plans for Krysten Ritter, which would lead to her breakout role in Don’t Trust The B in Apartment 23, a shortlived but beloved sitcom, and later Jessica Jones.
