Another tragic loss. Tim Curry, whose talent blew through The Rocky Horror Picture Show and into a variety of films, from The Hunt For Red October, Clue, and Congo, to family fare like Home Alone 2: Lost In New York, Muppet Treasure Island, and his voice work in films like Ferngully, and on TV for Star Wars: The Clone Wars. he is a Tony nominated actor, he is also nominated for a Grammy, an Emmy, but sadly never an Oscar. He was chosen in 2026 by GALECA as their Timeless Star honoree (a group for which I am a member).

Ted Lasso- I am enjoying this season. Slowly working characters back into the mix, like Sharon. Mostly I was entertained by Roy needing to date 10 women before coming back for keeley. The audio description here seemed fine, since most of the bar fight was a cutaway.
A Good Girls Guide To Murder- As Poppy gets closer to figuring out where her missing friend is, Max avoids accountability, even when his Mom calls him out. This AD track was fine.I think it captures Max’s emotions well, trying to paint him as a complicated character we need to be invested in for some reason.
Daemons Of The Shadow Realm- After an episode with no audio description, it came back. I’d have a hard time truly describing the little details of the show, but I get the main concept of how some people can see Daemons, and some have a pair that follow them around. Within that, some use the daemons for some truly brutal carnage. There are two twins, once separated, brought back together, and one of them is trying to figure out the world, since they lived like Bryce Dallas Howard in The Village.
Tracker- More reliable audio description from Media Access as Billie rolls back into town to help Colter in more ways than one.
Best: A Good Girls Guide To Murder- some nice work done, in terms of the graveyard sequence, the courtroom, and some other moments. I’ll give it the edge.
Worst: Daemons- Synthetic voice.
