Well, HBo cancelled Perry Mason after two seasons. What a shame. Honestly, they were trying to elevate it, but Perry Mason would be a lot better off as just a regular procedural on CBS.
12) Family Matters (MAX)

That opening urkel joke was a groaner. Then, walking outside to tell your whole family not to drive this car, was like begging them to do so. Obviously, shenanigans were bound to happen.

11) Dinosaurs (Disney plus)
English Audio Description?: No
Status: Ended
Robbie doesn’t know if he wants to be a carnivore or not. Then, he gets eaten, which really kinda sells less the effect of circle of life and more the concept of what his dinner would go through… but i digress.

10) Doogie kamaloha MD (Disney Plus)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Not Yet Renewed
What happened to her cancer boyfriend? Suddenly, she has enough time to set up a talent show? I know this series is aimed at kids, but also I’d like to think most kids aren’t stupid. Did the original Doogie have a talent show episode? Am i gonna have to start binge watching that from the beginning now?
Episode Grade: B-
9) Dead Ringers (Amazon)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Limited
This show is very odd. A writer is assigned to come up with a story about these twin researchers, and the show continues to defy just how weird it can be and to what lengths it needs to go to make you uncomfortable. The problem is, it’s so busy sometimes being off the map that it doesn’t actually dive into the ethical ramifications like it seems to think it is doing.
Episode Grade: B

Randy wants to write about the pollution violations by Binford. The episode is going great until a bunch of grown adults hold up a high school newspaper in their arguments like it’s the New York Times.

I’m such a movie guy that when the one contestant was asked a question about not knowing what was in the briefcase Marcellus Wallace was holding in a Quentin Tarantino movie, i almost leapt through my TV and strangled this man. Not because he didn’t know it, but because he sat on it like he might pull the answer out of his head. We’ve all been there. It’s on the tip of your tongue. But, when all was said and done, his answer was “The Wilderness”. not only am I 100% fucking certain that’s the wrong answer, I’m also 100% certain there is no Tarantino film called The Wilderness. He waited all that time, and didn’t even name a Tarantino film. Not only that, but what IS that? is there a film called The Wilderness? When was it released? Of all the names, of all the titles he could have said, he made up a fucking movie that Tarantino didn’t direct, and it took him forever to do so.

5) Agent Elvis (Netflix)

Elvis finds out about The Tupelo Project, and the secrets are deeper than he ever thought. honestly, I wasn’t expecting this show to come full circle, but it looks like it’s trying to.

4) 911 (FOX/Hulu)
English Audio Description?: Yes
This had me for the whole episode. Even the ending was out of the blue nuts. But, when Athena is trying to find the two kids, and she seemingly in the span of two minutes runs to a train, hops on, and sudddenly shows up… yeah. it felt badass. But it was also the silliest thing I think Angela Bassett has ever had to do.
Episode Grade: B+
3) Better Call Saul (AMC/Netflix)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Final Season
It really is a shame how underrated Mike is. But in Episode five, there’s this sense that shit is two seconds from getting real. I’m more hyped for Episode 6 than I would have been otherwise.

2) Frasier (Paramount Plus)
English Audio Description?: No
Status: Revived
While trying to figure out if this was better than Saul, I kept thinking in this episode that brought Woody to Seattle that the running joke about Martin not knowing Eddie’s name and Woody thinking that means more than it does was a great running gag.

1) Mrs Davis (peacock)

We shall call this episode “Exposition”. Basically, it’s a ton of backstory, which this show actually needed. The actual plot doesn’t move forward, but we do get several questions answered, and learn a lot more about what the hell is going on.
