Well, the cancellation monster arrived at NBC yesterday and got rid of young Roc and Grand Crew. I believe that leaves only American Auto on the bubble. Meanwhile, ABC passed on all remaining pilots except The Good lawyer, which remains on the bubble with The Rookie Feds and Home Economics. They can extend the contracts past June, but they need to make decisions pretty quickly.

This trip down memory lane hasn’t quite worked out for me. This episode, someone might have a crush on Clarissa.
Episode Grade: C+
11) Florida Man (Netflix)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Limited
With this being a limited, and me being five episodes in and not caring how this finishes, I might go ahead and drop this. i gave it a shot.

10) Home Improvement (Hulu)
English Audio Description?: No

The first part of the episode featuring a taping of Tool Time with some serious barbs between Tim and Al was far more entertaining than the main plot that had a disagreement between Tim and jill that had Tim sleeping on the couch.

in a life or death moment, Sam and Diane reveal their true feelings for each other. Just in case you didn’t know already.

8) Mad Men (FreeVee)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Ended
The third episode of the series is a nice glimpse into the past, but really in terms of individual story arcs, I wasn’t as connected to this episode. Though, watching the world treat a single mom with so much pity and kid gloves is uncomfortable, it doesn’t sustain an hour.
Episode Grade: B+
7) Shrinking (Apple Plus)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Renewed
Aside from that final moment, this episode really went for some closure. It was a super nice ending to a complicated season. I’m glad things are looking bright for Sean.

6) UnPrisoned (Hulu)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: Not Yet renewed
Delroy Lindo steals the show, and that ending with him and his grandson being pulled over was a solid cliffhanger. but, Washington’s character is almost always a bit much, with her making her relationship Insta official, sleeping with her ex, and having a shitty Ted Talk idea. She’s supposed to be the protagonist, but this really feels like lindo’s show.
Episode Grade: B+
5) The Traitors: Australia (Peacock)
English Audio Description?: no

Marielle must be stopped. i see in the cut toward the next episode she’s still thinking about how to dump the other traitors. They are thinking about this all wrong at this point. Nigel sees it. He casually mentions it without spelling it out. But with three traitors left, they are almost at a voting majority. If they can actually stick together, and Marielle can shut the fuck up and listen, the three traitors could potentially eliminate/kill the remaining entirely, leaving no faithful. Once they get past the final six, they will always have the voting majority. Even at top six, it would be a deadlock if the faithful voted as a block against the traitors as a block.

The one where Jamie loses his hand. Other stuff happened, like Dani trading a dragon for the Unsullied, but we all know how that works out.

3) 8 Simple Rules (Disney plus)
English Audio Description?: No

Finally, an episode that made me laugh. While planning a vacation where everyone is divided, the challenge in the household has everyone having to give up something and the winner who can give up their thing the longest gets to decide where the vacation is. of course, Katey Sagal can’t give up her coffee, and Kaley Cuoco can’t give up her phone, but watching the little brother creatively trying to snitch on his family members all episode made it perfect, plus the episode get serious when John Ritter goes a little too hard on the middle child and realizes some things aren’t worth winning.

The girls resort to cannibalism. But, who will be eaten. Will anyone? I can’t believe they were eating boiled shoes. Ugh.

1) Succession (MAX)
English Audio Description?: Yes
Status: final Season
i was debating about which show would top the list. Even as i started to watch this episode, i wasn’t sure if this would pull ahead of Class Of 07. Then, Tom and Shiv started talking. Not the kind of bullshit talking where these characters sometimes never say anything, but really letting everything out. That scene was terrific. A nice runner up was Connor not dropping out after being offered Ambassadorships to shitty countries. Somalia? I would ahve told that guy to fuck off.
