I’ve been deep diving a bit more into the SAG-AFTRA talks and some of the stuff they’re requesting isn’t unreasonable. Actually, none of it is. Just take some of these CEO salaries, lower them, and you’ll have the money to pay for some of this stuff. Also, for the poor people without cable or Peacock, Yellowstone is coming to CBS in the fall since they are a little short on new programming. Add to that, the UK version of Ghosts, which I’m at least interested in checking out.

12) 8 Simple Rules (Disney plus) English Audio Description?: No Sorry, this was a tough day to rank, and 8 Simple Rules just felt like it missed a mark the most. Well, in a shocking turn of events, HBO is in talks to license some of its original content to Netflix. i have to believe that these are the lower tier titles. It’s actually not that weird. True Blood is on Hulu. So, if Netflix starts running Boardwalk Empire, Carnivale, or Six Feet under anytime soon, you’ll know why. Well, FOX is still holding out on some decisions but announced a writer’s proof schedule full of reality TV. They even revived Kitchen Nightmares. I believe ABC is the only network that hasn’t done an upfront yet, possibly also The CW. FOX has given a second season to the comedy Animal Control. Also, Disney is planning on merging Hulu into Disney Plus by the end of the year, and is currently in negotiations to buy out Comcast on their remaining shares. So your kids can watch Encanto and American Horror Story in one place! I have been integrating more and more reruns into my Lineup, a trend I’m personally enjoying. Well, fans of SWAT have had a very confusing past couple of days. After cancelling the hit drama on Friday, and seeing a torrent of backlash for cancelling a show that has risen in ratings every season, CBS has reversed its decision and given SWATT a 7th season renewal. That renewal comes at the expense of Freshman drama East New York, which was looking good for renewal and instead got the boot. I celebrated Star Wars Day by not watching any Star Wars. Listen. i watched and reviewed all the titles last year before obi Wan dropped. I’m good to go for this year. Also, production on some shows continue to shut down due to the writers strike. Because I always accept feedback, I’ll lead today with a correction. Yesterday, I mentioned that The Masked Singer was available on FOX/Hulu, and I labeled it without audio description. That’s not entirely true. The audio description is available for those willing to watch it live, however that audio description does not translate to on demand airings after that, for example on hulu, where I watched the show. I did notice that Paramount Plus announced that the next season of Star Trek Discovery will be its last.
