I don’t know how I missed the drama, but Starz apparently cancelled Heels, and almost immediately removed the show from its service. There was a notable campaign on Twitter to shame Starz for cancelling the series. honestly, with Outlander in its final season, if they don’t start figuring out their programming, they’ll be the Power network, and it’ll be hard to get people attracted to new shows who aren’t watching Power spinoffs.

Carl has a rival that he really wants to beat at this dance competition, but he’s hurt his back. His pride is stronger, so he and the family head out to this shindig, and apparently kidnap Urkel, and dance the night away while fighting a back injury. Props to the audio description team for starting off the episode with Eddie grabbing the sandwich “fixings” from the fridge. First time I’ve heard that in audio description, but it’s a term we use a lot every day.

I think this show has an odd concept of a relationship one has with their bully in their childhood. Sometimes, Roger comes in with this attitude like he’s going to murder someone, and the episode ends with Doug staying positive and befriending Roger… again.Is this show really about Stockholm Syndrome?

Still following the storyline left behind by Bishop, the mutants are left in precarious positions after the assassination attempt. I’d still love for Disney to throw some audio description on this, especially with the new animated X-Men hitting Disney plus next year.

After all of that, we finally get an episode mostly dedicated to the final moments of the matriarch whose death has loomed over the whole season. This is the highest grade I’ve given this show all season, because it had a resemblance of a soul, and I’d like to reward that. Plus, it’s the Season Finale, and I don’t have to watch it anymore.

The first preview happens, and Rebecca isn’t feeling it anymore. It’s entirely possible that she gave herself an allergic reaction just to get out of the show. Meanwhile, ivy did a bad bad thing. And, michael Swift can’t stop trying to talk to Julia. Oh, and Leslie Odom jr finally gets a chance to shine as a singer in this episode.

4) Quantum Leap (Peacock)

Ben didn’t leap home, and is now stuck without any help. He leaps into one of a ragtag group of military rejects tasked with watching a crate, who have to band together to survive. He eventually makes contact, but what he hears is definitely not what he was hoping for.

The third and final part. They kept talking to as many people as would hear them, and got some good footage. this series is a bit more important than it might seem, because even though we know telemarketers are annoying, we don’t know how dangerous some can be. Never pick up your phone again.

Loki keeps slipping in and out of timelines, and must try to stay in the one where mobius recognizes him if he has any hope at keeping the timelines from collapsing. I’m so glad this show is back. A little audio description note would be that the narration mentions that Loki is stretching, but when he disappears, he seems to just disappear. But, Möbius’s description of watching Loki disappear is far more suggestive that something horrible is happening, so now I’m wondering if “disappears” is the right word.Episode Grade: A
