Definitely some big TV news yesterday. Kevin Costner’s perpetual temper tantrum has turned into this being the final season of Yellowstone. However, they are planning on doing a sequel spinoff series starring Matthew McConaughey and many of the current Yellowstone cast. Also cancelled is CBS’s 6 season success story SWAT, which was cancelled over money squabbling between CBS and Sony. Because I always accept feedback, I’ll lead today with a correction. Yesterday, I mentioned that The Masked Singer was available on FOX/Hulu, and I labeled it without audio description. That’s not entirely true. The audio description is available for those willing to watch it live, however that audio description does not translate to on demand airings after that, for example on hulu, where I watched the show. CBS let go most of the series regulars of Bob Hearts Abishola so the show would be cheap enough to be worth continuing.
